CAVA CHIVOR

An “adega de joias” where Brazil’s finest jewelry designers meet the world’s most cherished emeralds—Colombian emeralds.

The Challenge & Objective

Cava Chivor entrusted us with a highly specialized visual branding assignment:

  • Technical feat:
    Capture extreme close-up shots of their emeralds—an intricate task that demands impeccable focus, light control, and attention to tiny gemstone details.

  • Digital polishing:
    Retouch each image to remove any visual imperfections, while preserving the natural brilliance, cuts, and metallic or gem-specific characteristics.

  • Goal:
    Showcase the stones’ natural allure in a way that elevates Cava Chivor’s identity—luxurious, authentic, and deeply rooted in the heritage of Colombian emeralds.


The Process

  1. Precision Macro Setup

    We deployed high-resolution macro lenses and specialized lighting rigs. Our goal was to capture every facet of the precious emeralds without introducing glare or distortion. Focus stacking techniques ensured razor-sharp clarity across each image.

  2. Artful Digital Enhancement

    Each photograph underwent careful post-production refinement:

    • We meticulously removed dust, minor surface blemishes, or environmental distractions.

    • Crucially, we preserved the gem’s true color, cut, and the gold or metal textures.

    • Our enhancements accentuated the emerald’s depth and vibrancy, while keeping the imagery authentic and true to the stone’s natural beauty.

  3. Brand Message Through Images

    These enhanced close-ups serve not merely as product displays, but as visual storytelling tools—communicating Cava Chivor’s commitment to craftsmanship, elegance, and the unmatched prestige of Colombian emeralds.
